“Analysis Patterns”的第一章有这么一句：

It is an important form because it supports the definition of a pattern as "a solution to a problem in context," a definition that fixes the bounds of the pattern to a single problem-solution pair.

2004（机械工业出版社）中译本的译文为：

problem-solution pair翻译为“问题-解决方案”对，是正确的。

2020（人民邮电出版社）中译本的译文为：

这个译文看起来一头雾水。

就算是译者发挥自己的风格意译吧，但风格也要一致才行，因为接下来的文字还会出现problem-solution pair。

还是第一章：

In this book, for instance, I do not find that a problem-solution pair always makes a good unit for a pattern.

2004（机械工业出版社）中译本的译文为：

还是“问题-解决方案”对，只不过漏了一个“对”字。

2020（人民邮电出版社）中译本的译文为：

这回却没有自己的风格了，和2004中译本一样，翻译为“问题-解决方案”对。

另外，2020中译本还多了原文所没有的“一一对应的”。实际上不用加这个，因为“对”本身就已经是一一对应的意思了。

如果说要加，作者自己难道不会加吗？还是要尽量尊重原文。
