Syd Labs体内实验级重组人IgG4同型对照抗体和其它供应商的同类产品参数可以至少从三个方面进行比较。

第一、用CHO细胞生产重组抗体和杂交瘤生产抗体质量不同。Syd Labs生产的重组抗体采用抗体药物生产中常用的化学成分确定的培养基和CHO细胞，没有抗体污染，同时也没有杂交瘤天然的批次之间的不稳定性。Bio X Cell和Leinco运用杂交瘤细胞培养的方法生产单抗，这个系统的差异决定了其单抗质量不如Syd Labs的重组抗体。

第二、重组抗体还可以进行自由工程改造，包括切换isotype、Fc突变、提升亲和力和产量、人源化或小鼠源化以降低免疫原性。Bio X Cell也提供重组抗体，但是其价格比Syd Labs重组抗体高很多，而品种远没有Syd Labs重组抗体多，给客户的选择就少。

第三、同等内毒素水平的前提下，Syd Labs体内实验级人IgG4同型对照抗体价格比Bio X Cell体内实验级人IgG4同型对照抗体便宜高达2.7倍以上，比Leinco体内实验级人IgG4同型对照抗体便宜达1.3倍左右；对于绝大多数动物实验来说，内毒素<1 EU/mg蛋白质就足够了，而内毒素<0.5 EU/mg蛋白质和内毒素<1 EU/mg蛋白质这样的质量差异对于实际应用的重要性有多大，目前没有任何数据支持，个人觉得没有必要做到这个级别。根据部分客户动物实验注射溶液对低内毒素的要求，Syd Labs重组单抗内毒素可低至<0.05 EU/mg蛋白质（FDA对临床产品的质量要求），这是当前科研抗体内毒素水平的天花板。
