webui启动后内置的插件更新检查和安装不会走你的工具路线，安装和更新不畅用此办法

先来看普通的启动命令行

设置后

就是把pip和git都设成你的工具端口，内置的扩展功能就会很顺畅了，不清楚会不会影响其他功能，建议更新完毕后使用不带这些设置的文件启动

用于复制，自行修改IP和端口
