提出做好2023年全面推进乡村振兴重点工作
China unveiled its "No. 1 central document" for 2023 on Monday, outlining nine tasks for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization this year. As the first policy statement released by China's central authorities each year, the document is seen as an indicator of policy priorities. Work on agriculture and rural areas has been high on the agenda for 20 consecutive years since 2004. The document called for enhanced efforts to stabilize production and ensure the supply of grain and important agricultural products, to boost the construction of agricultural infrastructure, to strengthen support for agricultural science, technology and equipment, to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, and to promote the high-quality development of rural industries.
2月13日，21世纪以来第20个指导“三农”工作的中央一号文件发布。这份文件题为《中共中央 国务院关于做好2023年全面推进乡村振兴重点工作的意见》，全文共九个部分，包括：抓紧抓好粮食和重要农产品稳产保供、加强农业基础设施建设、强化农业科技和装备支撑、巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、推动乡村产业高质量发展等。新世纪以来，从2004年至2023年，中央一号文件连续20年以“三农”为主题，体现了“三农”问题“重中之重”的地位。
北京人工智能核心企业数量超千家
According to a report on the capital's AI development released Monday, Beijing had 1,048 major artificial intelligence (AI) companies as of October 2022, accounting for 29 percent of the national total. The report, released by the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information, noted that Beijing boasts the top industrial agglomeration capacity in China and that it has a well-developed AI industry chain. The city has more than 40,000 professionals in core AI technologies and has produced the most published papers on AI in China.

首届北京滑雪公开赛举办
The first Beijing Ski and Snowboarding Open kicked off in Yanqing District on Sunday, attracting hundreds of winter sports fans. The competition was open to ski enthusiasts under the age of 60, with two main events, alpine skiing slalom and snowboarding slalom for different age and gender groups. 13大重点区域设广告各有“规矩”
On February 13, the Special Plan for Outdoor Advertising Facilities in Beijing was officially announced. No outdoor advertising facilities shall be installed on top of buildings. Outdoor advertising facilities shall not broadcast sound to disturb the public, and they also shall not block ventilation and light in residential neighborhoods. In addition, outdoor advertising facilities shall not be set where they might damage urban landscape.
2月13日，《北京市户外广告设施设置专项规划（2022年—2035年）》正式对外公布。在建筑物顶部或者超出建筑物顶部，不得设置户外广告设施；户外广告设施不得播放声音妨碍他人生活，或是遮挡居民楼等建筑通风及采光。此外，如有破坏城市景观的情形，也不得设置户外广告设施。
首都机场周边重点区域将焕新
Beijing's Shunyi District will upgrade key areas around the Beijing Capital International Airport this year, focusing on environments in densely populated and industrial areas. The project includes road upgrading and reconstruction, new pocket parks and repainting and is expected to be completed in May.
