造梦师手记：字节AI绘画大模型，秒级出图
在Sora获得一塌糊涂的时候，字节跳动团队推出了一个基于Stable Diffusion的大模型，叫Stable-Lightning。
按说Stable Diffusion的模型非常常见，很多业余爱好者都在训练、发布，这个Stable-Lightning有什么特点呢？
快，前所未有的快。
它甚至可以一步出图（绝大多数SDXL大模型都要25步甚至30步以上才能很好的出图），和之前官方发布的Turbo以及清华团队推出的LCM模型相比，依然要快2-4倍。
Turbo和LCM大约5-8步就可以很好的出图，但画质有明显损失。
Stable-Lightning使用8步的时候，和SDXL的原生模型相比，几乎没有肉眼可见的画质损失。
视频的本质是更多的图，这意味着使用低性能的显卡，出图、出视频成为比较轻松的一件事。大大降低了广大AI绘画、AI视频爱好者的门槛。
LEOSAM团队在第一时间更新了LEOSAM's HelloWorld XL模型，引入了Stable-Lightning技术，和字节发布的模型相比，LEOSAM推出的模型可以视同普通的SDXL模型进行使用，兼容WebUI、comfyUI等工具。
而字节的模型目前只能在comfyUI下使用。

2024年2月22日 介绍“HW5.0_Euler_a_Lightning” 此模型是HelloWorld SDXL基础模型的运行加速版，集成了SDXL-Lightning技术。配备了Eular a采样器和CFG 1，它能够在6-8步内生成图像，比原始的SDXL版本快三倍。而且，与其他版本相比，它的成像效果优于LCM或Turbo版本。
使用此模型生成图像的建议参数是：
采样器：Eular a（非常重要！该模型专门适配Eular a，其他采样器可能不会产生如此好的效果）
CFG规模：1
采样步数：8步（6~8步均可接受）
高分辨率算法：ESRGAN 4x / 8x_NMKD-Faces_160000_G
高分辨率放大倍数：1.5x
高分辨率步数：8步
高分辨率去噪强度：0.3
结合我调试的InstantID插件，这个模型在comfyUI下用的飞起，几秒钟就能出一组高清画质的图。
