研究表明,tau蛋白的异常修饰与阿尔茨海默病相关,靶向tau蛋白的治疗策略被考虑用于预防和治疗该病。
sirtuin 2作为脑内表达最高的sirtuin,在阿尔茨海默病的发病机制中发挥复杂作用,涉及淀粉样蛋白和tau蛋白病理、微管稳定性、神经炎症、髓鞘形成、自噬和氧化应激等方面。
sirtuin 2的多种底物和不同细胞类型中的存在导致对其特定功能理解存在矛盾,需要进一步研究以明确其在不同条件下的功能,并验证其作为新型治疗靶点的可能性。
